With a recently completed Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Maddie has a strong background in behavior and psychology that helps her recognize animal body language, respect boundaries, and respond calmly in a variety of situations. She believes in building trust with every pet through kindness, consistency, and positive interactions.
