Dove Amornkul has been caring for animals for most of her life and comes from a long line of animal lovers and protectors. Growing up surrounded by pets, she naturally became the person friends, family, and neighbors turned to whenever they needed someone trustworthy to care for their animals.

She has been pet sitting professionally for the past three years, but her experience extends far beyond that. Over time, she discovered a natural connection with pets who need a little extra patience, reassurance, and understanding. Whether working with shy, anxious, or high-energy animals, Dove takes pride in meeting each pet where they are and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their families are away.

Dove is also a proud pet parent and honorary aunt to four cats and one husky: Egypt, Sufi, Nevo, Luca, and Delta. Living with such a diverse group of personalities has deepened her appreciation for how unique each pet truly is, from their routines to the ways they show affection.

Within Psypawlogy’s DMV team, Dove serves as the primary overnight sitter and provides additional support where needed, stepping in to assist with care, visits, and client needs beyond overnights. Her flexibility and reliability make her an essential part of the team, especially for
families needing consistent, in-home care.

She believes every animal deserves individualized care, consistency, and compassion. Dove treats every pet in her care with the same love, respect, and attention she would want for her own furry family members.
